3 x 5 Litre Mini-Kegs
10 x 500ml Bottles
=
20 Litres
Original Gravity Reading 1.049
Gravity reading was 1.014
The brewers friend ABV Calculator gives the following stats:
This brew was left in primary for 2 weeks and racked directly from this vessel.
Each bottle had 2g of sugar added
Each keg 7g of sugar added
Each gram of sugar was suspended in 5ml of boiled water
Lessons Learned
I think I over-filled all vessels, because I added the sugar-water after filling.
In future add sugar to kegs and bottles before they are filled.
Try making sugar-water more concentrated.
